Activities

1 : 1 Sessions

We offer several ways of contact and work on an individual basis.

All our services can be given online, and be booked directly with our practitioners.

RCT Breathwork sessions require a good amount of space to be carried out, as some of the postures and techniques are to be performed supine.

Before any of our sessions, we recommend proper hydration and to set aside additional 30 minutes after the sessioon to rest.

If you have any doubt or question, feel free to write us a message from the 'Contact' page! We will be pleased to meet you!

Group Sessions

Breathwork group well-being

We regularly organize groups for the practice of RCT breathing work, with a maximum number of only six participants in order to give each one enough attention and care. Precision in postures, times and sounds is very important for a correct practice. For more information do not hesitate to write to us!

Nature's Best-Kept Secret: How Shinrin-Yoku can change you and your well-being?

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, as it’s called in Japan, is a lovely, gentle practice that invites you to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of a forest. Have you ever felt the need to just escape, slow down, and breathe in some fresh air? I’ve been there too many times! Shinrin-yoku isn’t about hiking up a mountain or pushing yourself to the limit; it’s about taking a leisurely stroll, letting the peaceful sights, soothing sounds, and refreshing smells of the forest wash over you, without focusing on yourself. When was the last time you let nature wrap you in its calm embrace? The idea is to reconnect with the world around you and let your senses fully soak in everything on all levels.

Here are the parts that I enjoy the most of shinrin-yoku::

Reawakening Your Senses: Have you noticed how the daily grind can dull your senses? This practice is like hitting the reset button. I remember the first time I really took the time to notice the rustle of the leaves and the earthy scent coming off the ground —it was like waking up. Shinrin-yoku helps you tune in to your surroundings, making you feel more alive and connected to the world.

Nurturing Your Well-being: Are you looking for a simple way to feel better, inside and out? shinrin-yoku: offers a kind of holistic wellness that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s amazing how just spending time in nature can help your body and mind heal and thrive together. There are numerous science--backed benefits, especilly deriving from natural terpenes that trees emit.

Pro Bono

We believe it is important to give back to the community; we have all had times in our lives when accessing new tools for our personal well-being was financially difficult or prohibitively expensive. That's why each week we offer a free session for those who need it. On our social channels you will find posts in which we raffle off the beneficiaries of this initiative.
